Brian N. Williams, MSW

Brian WilliamsAs a seasoned non-profit executive, Brian Williams has over 17 years experience shaping organizations to fulfill their missions. Brian most recently provided consulting and training services to multiple nonprofit organizations in Nashville and across the country in the areas of Fund Development, Program creation, implementation, and evaluation, Executive Coaching, and organizational strategic direction. Prior to consulting, Brian served as CEO at Hands On Nashville for 9 years where he oversaw historic growth and impact while shaping a vision and strategy that de-veloped volunteer-centric programming to meet critical community needs. Brian has expertise in strategic planning, program development and analysis, leadership development and communication, Board development, and emergency management. 

A Tennessee native, Williams is a member of the 38th class of Leadership Nashville. He is a founding board member of Liberty Collegiate Academy, and immediate past President of the Tennessee NASW Chapter.  
His contributions have received numerous accolades including being recognized as CEO of the Year at the Center for Nonprofit Management 2013 Salute To Excellence Awards as well as be-ing named a 2014 Most Admired CEO by the Nashville Business Journal. Williams received his Master of Social Work (MSSW) with honors from the University of Tennessee and is a Licensed Advanced Practice Social Worker.
